Accelerated PAN evaporation is a low-cost method for disposing of wastewater compared to other methods. No pumps are required, no high-power consumption ejector type fans or reverse osmosis plants and requires considerably less maintenance.
PAN evaporation is also the most efficient method for disposing of wastewater, as it relies on accelerated natural evaporation processes to reduce the volume of wastewater. This method is particularly effective in areas with high evaporation rates, most of Australia.
Unlike spray type ejector evaporators, our Pit Boss Down Draft PAN acceleration evaporation does not require the use sprayers and fans to pump, what is essentially uncontrolled and potentially dangerous or poisonous contaminated water into the environment, our system uses considerably less energy, to achieve the same result making it the most environmentally friendly method for disposing of wastewater. Our system virtually removes the risk of wastewater contamination into nearby rivers or other bodies of water or directly into the neighbouring environment, which will harm the surrounding ecosystems. By using pan evaporation to dispose of wastewater, these impacts can be seriously reduced and generally, totally eliminated.
Fluid Equipment Australia’s exclusive Pit Boss 2.0 evaporation systems require very little, if any maintenance, as our system has fewer moving parts or mechanical components, with no pumps to corrode or maintain, in fact the PitBoss has nothing to corrode or blocked sprayers to maintain to replace, which considerably reduce the units effectiveness, thus efficiency as it operates. The Pit Boss operates with virtually no downtime or ongoing maintenance costs, bar an occasional wash down, post commissioning.
When the wastewater is disposed of, using our accelerated PAN evaporation, the remaining solids can be left behind to be recovered or managed as a dry product or cake. This can provide a valuable source of reusable chemicals or targeted minerals.
Pan evaporation systems are relatively simple and easy to operate, requiring minimal maintenance and specialized expertise. This can make them a viable option for small-scale applications or in locations where there are limited resources or infrastructure.
