The PittBoss™ Evaporation Unit
The PittBoss™ sprayer-less wastewater evaporator can evaporate 49 litres (13 gallons) of water per minute in the environment of 21°C (70°) ambient air 25% relative humidity, 50,000 total dissolved solids, and 12°C (55°F).
Without the use of sprayers or pumps, the PittBoss™ sprayer-less floating evaporator is capable of handling the evaporating needs of businesses in the mining, oil and gas, leachate and landfill, produced water and food and processing and other related industries.
The PittBoss™ Evaporation Unit is constructed from 304 stainless steel with a FRP fiberglass frame and composite impeller. Floats are one piece impact resistant high-density polyethylene.

Vantage Pro 2.0 Controller
FEA provides all our Automated Evaporation Systems with a Vantage Pro 2 Drift Sentinel weather station which transmits weather information by wireless signal to the display up to 300 meters away.
It tracks several local weather variables, including temperature, humidity, wind speed/direction and rainfall totals, and it stores historical data. This controller can be set up with a CPU to send this information globally. The sensor suite uses solar power to reduce battery consumption. All of the sensor’s electronic components are housed inside of a weather-resistant shelter. Wireless repeaters can be added to increase the suite’s wireless signal up to 2.7 kilometres.
The Vantage Pro2 Drift Sentinel comes with the outdoor temperature/humidity sensor, an anemometer with 12 metre cable, rainfall sensor and it also comes with a radiation shield to protect the sensor suite.
